WEST UNION, W.Va. (WV News) — Doddridge County grand jurors handed up 13 indictments this week, according to Prosecutor Betsy Coffey.

Coffey was sworn in Tuesday to replace Brooke Fitzgerald, who retired from West Virginia public service after a lengthy career as a state’s attorney in Doddridge and Harrison counties.
Those indicted are presumed innocent.
Those indicted, and the charges against them, according to Coffey:
Brian Keith Bolyard, 50, Salem, prohibited person in possession of concealed firearm; and two counts third-offense shoplifting.
Tracy Joel Bonnell, 46, West Union, delivery.
Paul Campbell Jr., 37, Salem, possession of controlled substance by inmate of the North Central Regional Jail.
Shane Gray, 48, Pennsboro, destruction of property
Jazmin Jenkins, 25, Salem, third-offense unlawful taking of a vehicle.
Brandon Lattea, 32, Salem, two counts grand larceny.
Gabriella Wengard, 20, Hepzibah, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance.
Darin Rheinhardt, 26, Salem, felon in Possession of Firearm.
Thomas Stroop, 43, Shinnston, fraudulent use of an access device.
Jeffrey Todd, 19, Sistersville, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
Richard America, III, 45, Salem, five counts attempted murder, two counts wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
Michael Trevor Johns, 35, Beallsville, OH, two counts second-degree sexual assault.
